Shea’s Playhouse – Terms & Conditions

1. Private Event Status

This is a private, members-only event. Admission is conditional and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the host or security team.

2. Eligibility

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Present valid government-issued ID upon request
• Use the approved alias format during registration (legal ID verification may be required at check-in)

False information may result in denial of entry without refund.

3. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge:

• You are voluntarily participating in a private adult social environment.
• You assume all personal responsibility for your actions and interactions.
• You understand adult social environments may involve physical proximity, alcohol consumption, and mature themes.
• You release Shea’s Playhouse, its affiliates, hosts, venue partners, and staff from liability for personal injury, illness, theft, or loss of property.

4. Consent Policy

Shea’s Playhouse enforces a strict affirmative consent policy:

• Clear verbal consent is required.
• Consent may be revoked at any time.
• Any violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees agree to:

• Masks are optional for attendees.
• Respect boundaries and designated areas.
• Refrain from harassment, coercion, aggression, or intoxicated misconduct.
• Follow all instructions from staff and security.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

6. Photography & Recording

• No personal photography or recording is permitted.
• Content creators may only film in designated filming areas.
• Unauthorized recording will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

7. Confidentiality & Discretion

All attendees agree to maintain strict discretion regarding:

• The location
• The identities of attendees
• Activities within the event

Public disclosure of private details may result in permanent ban from future events.

8. Health & Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for:

• Their own personal health decisions
• Their own alcohol consumption
• Engaging only within their comfort level

Shea’s Playhouse does not conduct medical screening and does not guarantee the health status of any attendee.

9. Ticket Policy

• All sales are final.
• No refunds.
• No transfers.
• Admission tiers (VIP, Overnight, Content Creator, etc.) include entry unless otherwise stated.
• Single women admission policies apply only to non-couple female attendees.

10. Removal & Denial of Entry

Shea’s Playhouse reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry
• Remove any attendee
• Deny future participation

At its sole discretion, without explanation and without refund.

11. Media Release (If Applicable)

If you voluntarily enter designated media zones, you consent to potential capture for promotional use. All other areas remain media-restricted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shea’s Playhouse and affiliates against claims arising from your actions during the event.

13. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time prior to the event. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

14. Agreement

By completing RSVP, purchasing a ticket, or entering the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
